After years working in NGOs about people development, Mr. Long has had a desire to help farmers to have better life and can be freedom to decide their own price on their producst
Graduated as an engineer majoring in Automation at Ton Duc Thang University. Mr. Dat has 8 years as a Production Manager at the food chains of Masan Group and Perfetti Van Melle Vietnam. After many years of working, he finds himself in the need to do something in the food sector: farmers and workers who create products need to be given a better place in the value chain, consumers must be able to use what they need. products are safer, transparent in origin and good for health. In 2017, they including Dat, Luan and Long met with a willingness to contribute to society and came to the decision to establish Dat Butter Social Enterprise. With the goal of being a social enterprise in Vietnam to help farmers improve their income by guiding them to grow and produce natural products.
A seasoned finance and operations executive, Steve leads the company’s finance and corporate development efforts on its path to building a national footprint and brand. Steve spent 10 years as a Wall Street investment banker focused on raising capital for growth companies and advising clients on strategic mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Steve spent nearly a decade as the CFO and COO of Rural Media Group, a media company targeting rural America, Western Sports and Agriculture. During Steve’s tenure at RMG, he led the Company through multiple capital raises and strategic initiatives that quadrupled its employee base and operating profits. Steve has been recognized by Multichannel News in its annual “40 Under 40” list for his advisory work with the media and telecom industries.
She takes care of each step in the process to produce the products in the factory. Her responsibility is developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests, routine inspections. She ensures that standards and safety regulations are observing in the factory. It makes sure food safety and quality when it is in the customer's hands. In the future, she hopes to create more and more natural products that people easy to access. And contribute more lean projects in the factory to make more value. Her conception is "Nature will give you good vibes".
Have experience studying and working in Agribusiness, Ms. Ly has a desire to increase the value of Vietnamese agriculture products and bring them to be well-known globally. At Dat Foods, we do not sell raw product, raw nuts, we focus on processing to make other high value products such as nut butter, nut oil that have longer shelf-life, better quality assuarance and still maintain the nutritions. After that, we bring Dat Foods products to the consumers and share the story about the farmers in our ecosystem. We understand that, the more consumers know about Dat Foods mission, the more farmers we can help.
