Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup milk (240 mL)
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup Đạt Foods Peanut Butte (60 g)
  • 1 cup wheat flour (115 g)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chip (90 g)

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. In a bowl, mix the milk, egg, and peanut butter. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Pour wet
  3. mixture into dry, add chocolate, and mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour pancake batter in ¼ cup (60 ml) amounts on a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. Enjoy!
