- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked noodles (ramen, udon, or rice noodles)
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, Sriracha, honey, peanut butter, and sesame oil.
- Add the noodles, broccoli, and red pepper to the pan with the tofu. Pour in the sauce and toss to coat everything evenly.
