- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked noodles (ramen, udon, or rice noodles)
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
