- 1 spoon cashew butter, creamy or crunchy
- 1 lime
- 2 spoons neutral oil (vegetable, peanut, corn, etc.)
- 1 spoon soy sauce
- 1 spoon sugar
- 2 garlic
- 1/2 spoon salt & pepper
- 1 chili (optional)
For the Salad
- 1/4 Cabbage
- 1 Carrot
- 1 sweet pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 2 spoons cashew nuts (optional)
- 2 spoons cilantro or basil leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Take all of your vegetables and slice or shred them into small pieces
- Mix all of the vegetables and the ingredients for your dressing gently in a bowl until everything is covered with tangy, creamy cashew goodness!
